Return Policy
We offers only fine quality merchandise. We will do our best to satisfy each and every customer to the best of our ability. We believe that you will be completely satisfied with all of your purchases and we want to ensure that you have a satisfactory shopping experience. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will:
- Replace or exchange the merchandise (you will be responsible for the return shipping costs), or
- Credit to your credit card account. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- All non defective returns have to be in new and resalable condition. If the customer does not wish to exchange their product, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Please allow 1 billing cycle in order to have your credit shown in your hard copy account statement after we actually refund you for credit due to the lag time of the credit card report.
- For any exchange or refund, we need a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging and all accessories.
- All big screen TVs, plasma TVs, flat screens that shipped to customer, manufacturer's warranty will be responsible, you must send them to an authorized service center only. We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for repairs.
- For Sony, Sanyo, JVC, Toshiba, Sharp, and other brand name electronics, such as: TVs, DVD players, car stereo, scanners, fax machines, printers, receivers, and home theaters are not returnable after box is opened. All inquiries including repairing and warranty replacement will go to the manufacturer service center.
Before returning a product, you must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, please email us or call 877-383-5641 for more information.
